Dear Friends,

Hopefully you all are celebrated Christmas in joy and peace.

As we approach the end of yet another  year and as we enter yet another New Year. New Year is the time to bid farewell to the old year and welcome the coming year. It is the time to forget and get past memories that are no longer useful or worth pondering upon. It is the time for new beginnings and new starts in life. On behalf of Be Friends new executive committee, I would like wish you all a Happy New Year.

I am proud and privileged to be the third time as President of our prestigious organization.I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to each and every one of you for choosing me as President of Be Friends Switzerland. The organization, which was formed by thirty one families in 2002, is now entering its twentieth year with 172 families, and it is noteworthy that this year a committee of thirty one members was elected.We have an energetic and dedicated group of people serving on the executive committee and it is my privilege to serve you with the support of a wonderful team.

The year 2022 is very important to Be Friends because we are entering the 20th Anniversary of our prestigious Organization. Our vision and 20th Anniversary celebration will be planned during our first executive meeting which will be held on 08th January 2022. Sure we will undertake charitable projects on a needed basis and continue the social and cultural activities as in the past years. Also in our activities during this period, the Women’s Forum and the Second Generation will be given more prominence and their activities will be given more Impetus.

As Be Friends members, you have provided boundless support and great encouragement in the past years. The new committee also expects your support in all our activities for coming years. Remember Be Friends lives in our hearts and its soul is shared equally by each one of us.

On behalf of the members of the new Executive Board 2022-23, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the outgoing President and Executive board of Be Friends. Once again, thank you very much for electing me as your new President. I will try my very best to meet and exceed your expectations. I along with my team look forward working with you the next two years and welcome your involvement.
